Manual Brake

The operating table is equipped with a manual brake release
knob,which can relieve pressure and move the operating
table when the operating table fails or is fully operated.

Horizontal sliding for C-arm imaging

Tabletop horizontal movement of about 350mm supplies accurate and convenient space for C-arm and can obtain full body X-ray imaging without moving the patient.

Multi-directional table adjustments

Electric adjustment supports Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions, left and right lateral tilt, back plate up and down and leg board angle changes.

Table size and height range

The operating table size is about 2075×520mm and the height can be adjusted from about 550mm to 1050mm, helping medical staff choose suitable working heights.

SUS304 stainless steel structure

The base, lifting column cover, bed body and side rails are made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean and scrub.

Microcomputer control and memory

The surgical table system is controlled by a microcomputer, which can achieve one-button reset, body position memory and related functions according to the brochure description.

Mattress and patient comfort

The 8cm double-layer memory pressure relief mattress helps effectively prevent bedsores during long operations and has an antistatic function for patient comfort.

►5.ADVANTAGE

Electric hydraulic system and multi-axis control:

The operating table works through an electric hydraulic system. Vertical and horizontal movement, head and foot adjustment, left and right tilt of the table top and adjustable back plate are controlled by different separate motors. They work individually and do not affect each other, and the system can realize one-button reset and body position memory according to the brochure description.

The sliding function allows the tabletop to move horizontally by about 350mm, supplying accurate and convenient space for C-arm and helping obtain X-ray imaging of the whole body without moving the patient.

Substructure, stainless steel material and casters:

The base of the operating table adopts a concave design, which is convenient for medical staff to lift the operating table better during surgery. The shell, lifting column shell and side rails are all made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which is easy to clean and scrub and is acid and alkali corrosion resistant to ensure that it will not rust easily.

The base casters are made of 4 pcs 100mm diameter double disc central brake casters with ultra-light resistance design, and the automatic leveling function helps ensure the stability of the bed when the ground is uneven. A manual brake release knob can relieve pressure and move the table when necessary.

Waist bridge, mattress and patient comfort:

The manual lumbar bridge with carbon fiber panel provides a travel height greater than 110mm, which is convenient for lumbar positioning during surgery.

The operating table mattress is an 8cm double-layer memory pressure relief mattress, which effectively helps prevent bedsores during long procedures, and the mattress has an antistatic function to improve patient comfort.
